Our purpose is to organize and run events for local people that achieves two outcomes

Provide an opportunity for people to see sights, and have experiences, that would not otherwise happen
PLUS raise funds for local charities

Feb 2025
“Round the Mountain” Off Road Cycle
”Up the Mountain” Hike

Cycle off road around the Maungatua Range, or hike to the top, starting half way way up from Horsehoof Station woolshed.
Both events proved very popular when held for the first time in February 2024.
As a result of participant demand, we now plan to make these annual events, provisionally targeting the 1st Sunday in February.

Mar 2025 - 4WD Tour
Travel past the fantastic rock tors of the aptly named Rocklands Station
Cross the Sutton Stream onto the Burgan run
Climb the eastern face of the Rock & Pillars, with fantastic views back over the Strath Taieri and Silverpeaks

We had planned to run this event in Feb 2024, but presently are not able to get insurance cover against an incident that may invoke the Health & Safety at Work Act
