Restored to better than the 1912 original, and its fabulous 2 acres of garden with its roses, and mature specimen trees first planted in 1870

An absolute paradise with its fabulous variety of garden beds and plants, many of which are quite special and not seen in many gardens
Taieri Historical Park & Museum
Buildings open for inspection with hosts in each to explain their history and significance. Plus their machinery and engines will be both running and on display, including the oldest diesel engine in the southern hemisphere, and the 1929 Ruston engine shown below. If you have an interest in old motors and machinery, here is your chance to spend time with the experts.
